President - Joy Coleman

I am a preservation architect and I love to make the old new again. Promoting community growth and economic development through building restoration and adaptive reuse is my passion. Our cities and towns are full of potential. Potential for growth and redevelopment, potential for us to build community. Once upon a time, when our inner cities and downtowns were being built, everything was nice, useful and clean. Time and neglect turns a shining star ugly, dirty and forgotten until the right someone comes along with a vision. I can help you meet the challenge to transform the underappreciated and underutilized into economic drivers and catalysts for a strong community. As a principal in the historic preservation studio of TreanorHL, I lead the Kansas City preservation staff and projects. As a licensed architect in Missouri, Kansas and Colorado, I am responsible for all studio activities including project acquisition, client service, architectural design and project management.
