CREW Kanas City would like to recognize and honor the area’s outstanding real estate professionals and transactions that are positively impacting our community with a nomination for individuals and / or project in the categories listed below.

CREW KC Excellence Awards Open to Members Only – self-nomination is encouraged
Nomination due June 12, Application due July 10

• Spirit of CREW Award Recognizes a CREW KC member who demonstrates their commitment to CREW KC by their enthusiasm, involvement, and support of the chapter.
• Emerging Leader Award Recognizes a CREW KC member who is an emerging leader in the commercial real estate industry and in the community.

• DEI Leadership Award The committee seeks nominees that will bring a diverse range of perspectives and represent attributes across many dimensions, including race, ethnicity, age, gender, sexual orientation, education, and socioeconomic class who has developed and championed ways to foster DEI efforts within their organization and in the commercial real estate community in Kansas City.
• Champion Award Honors an individual, of any gender, that supports CREW KC's mission to advance the success of women in commercial real estate.
• Pioneer Award Honors a woman who is a KC pioneer in commercial real estate industry who through her leadership, deal-making, and entrepreneurial spirit has been a trailblazer for other women to follow in her footsteps and succeed. 
• Incremental Development Award Honors an individual or project team that has strengthened the community through small scale real estate development.

• Economic Impact Award Honors a project and the project team that has current and future economic impact in the KC metro.
