This July, we are focusing on the Opportunity Zone development incentive. We will take a deep dive into the program with our panelists who will discuss applicable case studies and show you how to it really works. The Opportunity Zones program encourages long-term investment and job creation in low-income areas of the state, by allowing investors to re-invest unrealized capital gains in designated census tracts. Recent updates to tax law and newly created funds especially for opportunity zones will show you how you can structure your next deal.
