Qualifications:
Every CREW member contributes to the collective knowledge, experience, and voice of both CREW KC and CREW Network. We welcome all industry leaders who meet the following requirements:
Voting Members
Individuals with 5 or more years of experience in a qualified field of commercial real estate (QFCRE) , including acquisition/disposition, appraisal, architecture, asset management, brokerage, construction, consulting, corporate real estate, development, engineering, environmental, finance, institutional lending, interior design/space planning, legal, leasing, mortgage banking, property or facilities management, syndication, title/escrow services, tenant representation and more.
- Voting members have the privilege of voting to approve the slated Board of Directors and Officers
- 2022 Annual Dues: $390 / Mid-year Dues (after June 15): $195
Associate Members
Individuals with less than 5 years of experience in a qualified field of commercial real estate (QFCRE) , including acquisition/disposition, appraisal, architecture, asset management, brokerage, construction, consulting, corporate real estate, development, engineering, environmental, finance, institutional lending, interior design/space planning, legal, leasing, mortgage banking, property or facilities management, syndication, title/escrow services, tenant representation and more.
- 2022 Annual Dues: $335 / Mid-year Dues (after June 15): $167.50
Affiliate Members
Individuals who do not qualify for Voting or Associate Membership. These professionals must be employed as a full-time professional with specialized training, education, licensing, or similar accomplishments, including fields of accounting, administration, advertising, cleaning/janitorial services, equipment sales and services, insurance services, investment services, journalist/publishing, landscaping/lawn management, market research, technology services, and vendors (such as furniture or flooring sales).
- 2022 Annual Dues: $560 / Mid-year Dues (after June 15): $280
Civic Members
Individuals in local, regional, state or federal governmental entities, public agencies, economic development organizations, not for profits involved in commercial real estate, or a college or university.
- 2022 Annual Dues: $220 / Mid-year Dues (after June 15): $110
Student Members
Students who are enrolled full time in an undergraduate college or university program which is intended to lead to a career in commercial real estate.
- 2022 Annual Dues: $120 / Mid-year Dues (after June 15): $110
Legacy Members
Individuals who are retired or semi-retired and were a member of a CREW Chapter for three (3) or more consecutive years immediately preceding such retirement.

Online Application
One (1) reference letter is required with your application, and it can come from any member or nonmember. The Reference letter should be submitted on company letterhead. Download example reference letters, provided for your convenience:
